| Course #2: Creativity & Ideas Generation(创新与创意) |

| This session helps you "to think outside the box" to generate ideas. The techniques presented and tried during the session are particularly useful for people who do not believe they have time to think differently due to the pressures of daily life. The workshop will take you through a pragmatic 6 stage problem solving process. They will apply the process from problem definition through to implementation. |
| Course #3: What's happening in the London Financial Markets |

| This session provides a real-time insight into the London Financial Market. You will learn about the functions of the City, understanding shares and how they are traded and the impact of regulatory changes etc. This lecture will be followed by a wonderful tour of the City linking its history to its present role. The walk takes in the areas of St Paul’s, Paternoster Square (home of the London Stock Exchange), Guildhall, Royal Exchange and Bank of England. There will be a visit to the London Metal Exchange where students will see ‘open outcry’ trading – a rare example in London to still trade in this way. We will explain why the London Metal Exchange is one of the City of London's most influential institutions as it provides essential services that play a part in maintaining the stability of commodity prices throughout the world. |
| Course #4: Team Building and Leadership Development(团队建设与领导力发展) |

| Through the medium of practical exercises and guided review, delegates will explore ways in which team performance can be enhanced. The session will give participants the opportunity to participate in a range of tasks designed to highlight common ways in which team performance can come unstuck and the behaviours that can mitigate against this. Delegates will work in groups of seven or eight in order to give as many a possible the opportunity to lead, participate and observe – all elements that contribute to understanding and learning. |

| The workshop will involve a mixture of lecture, discussion and short cases for analysis in class to give you an insight into some of the issues and tools in marketing for the 21st century. |
| Course #7: Effective Communication and Presentation(有效沟通与商务演讲技巧) |

| This workshop will take you on a journey through fundamental principles of communication and presentation. Through interactive exercises, plenary and interaction you will learn more about your strengths and natural abilities, and how to perform at your higher level. The session will allow you to work experientially within a group setting and will give you exercises, ideas, tips and practises for inclusion in your presentations on the last day. |

| Businesses deal with people, and with people come ethical dilemmas. These can be everyday problems, such as dealing with ethical issues and conflicts within your company, or between your company and its suppliers and customers, or more abstract problems, such as which ethical stance a company ought to take, or the ethical status of the industry, or system, one is involved in. This interactive lecture will attempt show how an awareness of some of the key issues in business ethics can help you negotiate the tricky world of everyday moral dilemmas.2 |
